Maine-iacs: Oatmeal pie
This slice of oatmeal pie from The Lobster Shack in Maine looks divine. Serious Eats compares oatmeal pie to pecan pie, and since the whole idea of dying keeps me away from the latter, I’m definitely going to have to bake up the former myself.
